 Super comfortable hiking boots
These are my fourth pair of hiking boots that I've purchased in the last two years. (Different brands.) The first had eyelets and it seemed like I could never get them tight enough. Then another knockoff pair was comfortable but a bit heavy. Third pair (Alpine Design from Dicks) is great for snow but I wanted something for all-season.
I finally got these due to the brand name and I'm glad it did! They are super comfortable. They hold your feet well, have nice grip, look nice and have held up on the rocky hikes that I've taken them on around the A.T. out here in Western Maryland. Great, affordable price.

Reviews have been back and forth regarding whether or not they are waterproof. I have yet to try them out on that.

Excellent hiking boots. Me and 2 of my kids use them and are very happy with them.
I bought these for my son after I bought the same ones (in another color). This is the feedback I put on mine:

After several hiking routes through the mountains, my boots look as if they had not been used. After a good cleaning at the end and removing all the mud, they look like new. They are very comfortable, they look good, they seem to be very sturdy, they have excellent grip in mud, gravel and loose dirt, and they are also waterproof. What more can I ask for?
The only thing I could point out is that they are not the lightest on the market, but nothing that is uncomfortable.
I recommend them.

THE Shoes to Always Wear
I needed real sturdy shoes that also when it rains my socks don’t get soaking wet and I found them in these! First time trying Columbia shoes and the quality is impeccable!
When I walk dogs and the grass is misty in the morning my feet now stay dry, they’re comfortable for long walks, and they don’t even make my feet to hot. Even went running with them and they didn’t bother me.
I think I found my lifelong brand of hiking shoes now.

Amazingly comfortable.
I walk/jog 6 miles a day and I walk around a lot for work so I wanted something that would be comfortable for both and these boots nailed it. They are so comfortable to wear for long periods of time that I could keep them on all day if I had to. Also they are very much so waterproof right out of the box. I LOVE that part. All in all I highly recommend these to anyone that wants something for hiking, long walks, work wear, running through puddles… whatever you are in to haha. I would give them another 5 stars if I could.

Perfect for winter & wet weather!
Always love Columbia's stuff! I have lost track of how many shoes I have bought over the years!
The shoes usually last a year on average, whereas I bought shoes that lasted me 3 months only.
I am very hard on my shoes because of my physical, demanding job.
These particular shoes are a bit overkill for summer, but perfect during the winter & raining weather.
May be even perfect for camping & hiking.
I highly recommend these shoes!

Great price, high qulity, roomy and comfortable, great protection
I bought a second pair. We have clay soil where I live and I love these boots for working in our yard. I have a pair for the mud and the other pair for dry. -- I am older and have poor balance and weak ankles and bad toes. These shoes give me a solid platform, lots of room, fit perfectly and I wear them everywhere. I love them.

Reliable, and versatile. Get custom insoles and a shoe horn to make these shoes pop.
These shoes served me well, I'm hanging them up today after a year of use due to them being water logged with sewage water. I'm buying another pair to replace them; the insoles that come with these shoes aren't comfortable and I chose to replace them with custom insoles and they fit well and are comfortable with custom insoles. Most shoes have terrible insoles to begin with. The heel of the boot was wearing, like any other boot would, but I solved that with a cheap shoe horn. I slip these boots on in a hurry, and they stay on my feet when I have to run; they provide excellent ankle support when laced up completely, and can be slipped on fast when laced loosely.

3rd pair! The perfect hunting, chore, hiking, winter all around boot.
This is my third purchase over the years, love em. I have wider feet and prefer a man's boot to a woman's there is enough room for my favorite alpaca sock and my feet do not sweat in them. I have worn these boots in every setting possible for a hiking boot, wet to dry and these babies are rugged and waterproof. I honestly cannot tell you one negative thing, comfy from the get-go, strong and sturdy. No separation in the sole, no tears, I have worn the laces out after a time and worn the leather through to cracking after a year or more, but they held up longer than any other boot I have owned. I have multiple pairs, using the newest for dressier occasions like school or travel and the others in the field or muck. Buy 2 save yourself the hassle of shoe shopping.

Great Boots but Air Tight
These boots fit great with enough space for heavy, winter socks. They are water tight up to 3-4".
They are best for short term usage because they are So water tight that they is almost no ventilation and within a couple hours my feet are overly hot and sweating. Great for riding my ATV and going through mud and water. My feet stay dry (other than sweating) even through the occasional puddle and mud pit...
They are comfortable for walking. They are easy to clean and maintain so I'm sure that these boots will last for many years.
They seem like they would be great for the snow however I don't know how warm they'll be in frigid Maine weather. You and I will soon find out!

Expensive but comfortable
As stated the price is a little on the high side but the comfort for me is worth it. I have both plantar fasciitis and heel spurs in both feet, ive had 2 surgeries on on foot so far with zero relief. I have always tried shoes out for a week and end up replacing the insoles with perscription ones but... 4 months of heavy daily use and I still have the timberland insoles in mine. Don't think you can go pain free, my feet do still hurt but not nearly as much and normal insoles and honestly it's still less than my perscription ones. If you feet hurt maybe try a wide shoe to start, I couldn't believe how much of a difference that made for me but then have good insoles ontop of that and you will be able to make it through your days alot easier.

One of the best out of the box comfortable everyday boots I've ever found.
As the title states, These boots are amazingly comfortable out of the box with minimal breaking in needed. I bought two pairs of these at a payless shoe store 20 years ago, and have been buying them ever since for an everyday comfortable around town pair of boots. Are there higher quality boots out there, of course.. but at 80 bucks give or take a pair, I don't worry about damaging them or get salty when I tear a hole in a pair out hiking like I would with a 400-600$ pair of custom boots.. I have fairly big wide feet and wear thick boot socks so I get the size 12 wide and they fit like a glove every time. If you're in the market, I definitely recommend trying a pair.

What to expect at 2 years daily use
I am a 55 year old male 180 lbs and used these a avg of 5 days a week for 2 years. In the first 6 months the laces needed replaced at 1 year the soles begin to separate on the toe and pivot point just behind you toe's. They did stay water proof for about 6-9 months once the sole started to separate that was the end of the water proof features. The upper leather is still going strong. The environment I worked in had exposure to allot of oils and water IE automotive mechanic being in that field I was on them all day. I did install insoles liners at 3 months. All in all I am happy with them so I purchased a second pair when I saw them on sale I think most people will get 300- 500 days of normal use out of them without issues

The Timberland Men's White Ledge Mid Waterproof Hiking Boot are High Quality!
I normally wear a size 8 in boots and shoes, but I bought a size 8.5 to give me a little more room for a double cushion Dr. Sholls insert. I bought Sofsole Mink Oil while it is so reasonable from Amazon and totally covered both boots. We are on a Farm, so boots take a beating as do shoes. The Mink Oil softens the leather and makes the boots feel like they are glove leather. It also protects you further from water and moisture.
The Sofesole is on sale now for 3 tubs of 3.5 ounces for about $21.00. That is a bargain and the payoff is huge. I Highly recommend this boot to anyone who wants a comfortable waterproof boot. The test of time will tell the story of whether they hold up around the soles and do not separate, but I bought the Gorilla clear glue to fix that in case it happens. So far; I give them a 10+ AAAAAA rating.
We apply the Mink Oil to all of our leather boots and shoes.

 I like them a lot
They seemed a little tight when I first put them on but, after a few days, they've loosened up. Did a 5 mile hike up a hill then, coming down, my feet slipped in them a bit but, the upper part is still pretty stiff, making cinching the strings tighter difficult. Hope that makes sense. All that is normal with new shoes/boots. I'm pretty sure, with some wear on them, I'll be able to draw the strings tighter and they'll be perfect for me. I should mention, the socks I was wearing were thin. I'll wear thicker ones next time. They're also pretty light weight and I think they're some of the better looking boots out there. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Love them, need a 2nd pair
I almost sent them back because I thought they were too tight. I put them on in the house and walked around in them and they started to fit more comfortably. I use these at work and I work a twelve hour shift and in others show the bottom of my feet would be killing me the next morning, my ankles as well. Since I have been wearing these I have not had that issue. I need another pair because I got these for walking trails after I sprung my ankle wearing the wrong type of shoe for walking trails. This pair will be my work shoes and I am going to get another pair for trails. In other words, I love these shoes so far.

Great Hiking Shoes
Was looking for light hiking shoes that’s name branded. I usually wear boots for standing at work or hiking. Came across these Adidas Terrex Ax3. Says boot but low cuz and fits like sneakers. For the price I went ahead and purchased to give them a try. I will say I’m very impressed with these shoes and how well they performed on my hikes. I’ve used them on dirt and rock terrain and the grip is fantastic. Will purchase again in the future.

 Amazing quality for the price
I love these shoes. They are my go-to shoes for hiking. Amazing grip and quality. I even use them to play field hockey and they're holding up. Very versatile, reliable, and honestly one of the best looking hiking shoes I can find at this price.

Great shoe should have gotten them a half size bigger.
These were tighter in the toe them my last pair of adidas same style. These felt better with insoles for me, haven't noticed any other issues been great besides that.
Heavy duty nice tread slightly more water resistant I believe up to 2ins. They're nice shoes.

Great show for outdoors
These are my go to shoe for work. I work in landscaping, excavation, and tree removal. This shoe is a great outdoor work shoe that can take rigorous punishment. Note: I am on the lighter duty side of the business so take that into consideration.

Best hiking shoes I’ve bought in years- amazing purchase
Not one to normally leave reviews… had to with how amazing these things were.

Just got done with a 10 day camping trip in Banff Jasper and Glacier. Hiked 130 miles in these shoes over these 10 days. This trip was a week after I bought them. Took no time to break them in. Avoid hiked, used with crampons in heavy snow, used in rainy conditions and in scrambling conditions. Super sturdy, no blisters to show from my entire trip. Good feel and looks pretty cool too. I normally wear on cloud shoes or super expensive, 200-300$ shoes. Have Moab 2s which are terrible and other hiking shoes but had to try these as a suggestion of a friend who does heavy lifting, hard work and chose these as his daily. Best advice ever. Stop thinking about it. You want to buy these shoes their awesome and hold up well. Disclaimer- they aren’t water proof but do really well still in snow and light rain. They also dry out pretty well so still no complaints there. Happy customer.

Solid daily walking shoe
I bought a pair for work because I do a fair amount of walking (2-3 miles inside/outside). The shoe was standard width and size 11.5 . I don’t really hike trails but this has been a comfortable shoe for my daily use. That use is a mix of walking sidewalk and office interior. I had a pair of Adidas running shoes in this size and in my experience this model fits as true to size in both length and width. I wish it was a bit more cushiony, like my running shoes, but that seems to simply be the outcome of a change to hiking soles, not a bad design. Overall I really like these.

Great Hiking Boot - Comfortable Right Out of the Box
Bought these boots for a two week hiking excursion in Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons at the recommendation of a family member who owns a pair. Did not manage to have an opportunity to wear them and "break them in" before the trip and I was very concerned about how bad they might hurt my feet before they were broken in. My worries were for not. These boots were awesome from the beginning and felt as though I had already been wearing them for years. If they provide good endurance along with great comfort for this price I will be an exceptionally satisfied customer.

Great Purchase - Merrell Mens Boots
The Merrell Boots I just purchased were a hit! My husband needed a New Pair of Boots, and he’s one picky guy. I found a great selection of Merrell Boots on Amazon, all at a great value. We finally narrowed down his size, color and model and of course the a great price! Wow! The boots were a hit, he loves them. It was a win, win for both of us! It’s always hard shopping for someone else, but Amazon made my job a breeze. The boots are so comfortable, the quality and look of these Merrell boots surpass all our expectations. My husband has neuropathy, and he’s diabetic and finding the right boots were important for us. Thank you Amazon and Merrell!!

 All around fantastic!
My main concern was water-proof. I tried it on a few rainy days, and a rocky/pebble/muddy/sandy beach on low tides (up to 1 inch in water). My feet are always dry. This makes me very happy (because I know what wet feet/toes feels like).

It's very comfortable, no break-in. Good ankle support, moderate arch support (as expected). Sizing is pretty true, a little wider for me (as expected). And it's warm. So probably not for hot days, but perfect for what I bought them for.

And you can't beat the price.

Boots came just as described.
Boots came just as described. Received the right size and color and brand new. I usually wear a 10 1/2 boot and they fit. Took a 3 mile walk this morning on gravel and asphalt and they provided good cushioning and some ankle support. Very happy with product and price. Looking forward to walking some wooded trails in the coming days. Feel they’ll be adequate for all four seasons.

Hikers
Merrell boots have a good reputation for a reason. This is my first pair and they got a good test in Whitefish and Glacier National Park, Montana. On rocky, wooded trails they performed very well. The most impressive feature for me was the sure footed-ness on uneven, changing terrain. They remain comfortable and sturdy while allowing a good feel for the next step. 8-10 miles a day on easy to moderate trails and feet felt great! Can't speak to the waterproof performance as it was dry and sunny each day. Looking forward to lacing them up for the next hike soon! Amazon beat the Merrell web price even with a 30% off. You really can't go wrong.

Super Comfy
So, I'm not using these as hikers. Working in an office/factory setting they are perfect, though I probably didn't need the waterproof version.
They were super comfortable out of the box and, if you are worried about counterfeit, the metal tag in the image of this boot, on the Merrell website, only says Waterproof.
Only time will tell how they hold up my my requirements.

Best overall H2O proof hiking boots, PERIOD
This brand of boots you can't go wrong with. My entire family owns a pair of these boots. They are comfortable and need very little break in time. The fit well enough that you can wear thick socks. They are NOT for the people that wear those thin a$$ Nike shoes or have very narrow feet. We have hiked up the Rockies all the way to the Organ pipe cacti desert and have had No trouble at all with any terrain we've done so far. I would say the the H2O proof doesn't mean submerge them cause water will get in thru the tongue.

 MY FAVORITE BRAND OF SHOE
I used to buy cheap shoes from the large discount shoe stores. Never really liked the shoes. They were just ill fitting junk. One day I was at Cabelas and tried on a pair of Merrell Moab hiking shoes. I realized that I'd never really had shoes that were made of superior materials and that fit perfectly. Since then, I've taken all my cheap sports shoes and dropped them in the garbage. I can take long walks for miles or be on my feet for hours in my Merrells with no discomfort. Since the depression has started with all the shortages and supply chain disruptions, I'm picking up extra pairs of Merrells so I never run out. An absolutely wonderful brand.

A great daily driver walking shoe.
I have purchased both the 11 and the 11.5 version of this shoe. The 11.5 I purchased at the local mall and paid about $112. It is a bit wide but has great room I’m the toe box so I’m hoping that this will be adequate for my upcoming hike into the Grand Canyon. I’ve seen and heard about toes jamming into the toe box when going downward so much so that you damage and lose your toenails. So I bought the larger size to avoid this but ended up with a shoe that was a little too wide. When I saw these on sale for $68 I decided to buy the 11s which now fit well for everyday use but risk toenail damage during extended downhill treks.

Both shoes are among the most comfortable shoes I have and require no break in. Both would probably work.

If you are a women with wide feet get these!
I'm heavyset and am trying to lose the pandemic weight from basically hiding in the house for three years. That being said prior to the pandemic I loved hiking. I finally decided to get back into and bought these shoes in a wide width so they're extra wide for my feet. They were so comfortable especially after they got wet on the first hike. I put in some gel insoles to help with how stiff the shoe is at my weight but other than that they fit perfectly. The whole 3mile moderate hike was basically painless! Which is funny because I normally deal with a ton of pain daily. :) Good shoes.

Wide also means big.
Great shoes, but I think I overdid it by ordering the wide. Yes, I deliberately ordered a wide, because that's what I wear in most other brands. This just seems to be overall larger, like it would fit better if I was a lot heavier and my feet were plumper. I can't compare Merrell's regular width, because I haven't tried them, but getting this in a wide was more than I needed.

 Still a great shoe
I use this shoe for any important outdoor work where I need good foot support and durability including hiking, camping, roofing, construction, digging post holes (shovel work), working in my woods, landscaping... The shoes are breathable yet durable, of high-quality construction, and I just beat the hell out of them over the months of serious and continual use. Just bought a new pair after completely destroying my old ones, maybe 3 years of brutal abuse. the soles finally gave out and began disintegrating but not for poor quality materials or workmanship. Sometimes I wish they had a steel toe, but they wouldn't be hikers then.

Anyone who complains about these Moab hikers or the cost needs to provide a better, time-tested, condition-brutal alternative. And they won't be able to. I guarantee it. So just buy them. Thank you Merrell. I'm happy to pay the price.

Great shoe
These shoes are extremely comfortable, when they arrived I had full intention on breaking them in before hiking Mt. Harvard... Life happened and I wasn't able to but still took them with me. I had no issues with wearing the non-broken in shoes as I made my ascend and decent. They were comfortable the entire time. No pains or blisters after the hike. 100% would recommend.

Great walking and hiking shoe with some arch support.
I love the fact they have a wide option. The toe box has plenty of room it's one of many reasons i wear them. Been wearing merrel moab since the first model and they are a very consistent fit. They have way more arch support than most and the vibram heals give a great cushion.
If you haven't tried them i would recommend them.

 Husband loves them
They fit perfectly. I for my husbands usual size and there has been no issues aside from me having to tell him not to ruin them. We aren't hikers or anything extravagant like that. I got them for him to go with his clothes and for winter. But he likes them. So much so he though he was going to wear them to work on a vehicle and I said "absolutely not". I didn't spend the $ on them to be rolling around on the dirty, dusty garage floor. If you wear thick socks, I think you will okay to purchase your size but maybe purchase a size up if your worried?

Waterproof and very comfortable
I wear these when I don't even need to wear boots. They are in fact waterproof, I put them to the test several times. They stand out for their comfort level. I don't need to wear boots to work but I wear these because they feel great to walk in. Very light weight and they feel like a perfect fit.

 Perfect
Exactly what I wanted. The perfect fit, performance, comfort and durability I've come to expect from Timberland. I got them for work. I walk and stand a lot, and these are great for that. They're so light,, almost weightless,, and the traction really comes in handy. The waterproofing is fantastic. Though not my first or only pair of Tims, these are my first pair in this style, and I love them.

These Tim’s are the best
Super water proof. Only bad thing is I wish they were steel toed but besides that I can be in these boots all day, walking around 12,000 steps and they still feel great, I get them wet all the time and they are holding up great! I get them dirty as heck every single day and then I just hose them off. I’m in maintenance, my boots go through it! I’ve tried a bunch and most of the time they’re over $100. These boots are THE best boots you’ll find for under $100. I got a pair just for work and a pair just for myself bcuz they look great and they feel great, they’re functional and sensible, I’m pretty sure they would make a great hiking boot if that’s something you do.

Best boots I have bought ever
I was looking for a replacement set of these exact boots FOR FUTURE USE, as the pair I bought ALMOST TWO YEARS AGO are still in great shape. I work on a farm, and wear them every day. EVERY DAY. They are much more comfortable than any boots I have worn before, they don't get too hot, I am in the dirt all day long (or the greenhouse), the rubber toes are still attached (!) and the strings still have not broken. Another thing I really like is that they support my ankles on uneven terrain, and I have not twisted my ankle even once while wearing them or rolled onto the side of my foot in the woods. I had to insert replacement arch support when I purchased them as I have very high arches, and the soles are about worn out, but all in all I would rate these a 10 out of 10. Putting another set in my cart now.

Extremely Comfortable
I have bad flat, wide feet. They usually hurt just standing for like 10+ minutes in one place or walking around after an hour.

These boots are so comfortable that I got wore them for the first time on a weekend camping trip/festival. I stood and walked around in them all day and night and even fell asleep with them on overnight. I then wore them all day until Sunrise the next day. I drove home 3.5 hours in them. They are single the most comfortable boots I've ever owned by a country mile. They are possibly the most supportive shoes I've ever owned. Wow.

Perfect
These fit perfectly! The lace is a bit long so I had to double back on a few loops. Other than that they work as intended. I use them while riding a motorcycle. I have noticed the front toe protector piece is coming off on one boot. I dont drag my feet so Im not aware as to why it would be falling off already. Other than that, they do as intended.

 Unbelievably Comfortable!!
I use these boots for work. I'm a mechanic and walking around on concrete floors working on cars I needed something durable but not to heavy. I dislike steel toe boots so having these was a game changer. They fit absolutely perfect and so comfortable. I can move at an extreme fast pace and drive stick shift with ease like if they were a sneaker. The colors are great to choose from I have mine matching my uniform so I look professional. I have about these at work and other employees have now bought some as well. They are awesome.must have.

Really soft and comfortable, and great looking too
This boot looks like an old-school, clunky hiking boot. To the contrary it is super light and soft, and really comfortable right out of the box. The fit is as expected, and I love the boots so far after 3 moderate day hikes. I question how durable they will end up being, but so far so good. The boots are really good looking too, in case that is a factor for anyone. I do recommend them.

It is a perfect boot for hiking. It looks great too and is very comfortable.

Columbia saves the day with the perfect WIDE hiking boot!
FINALLY! Man I’m so happy about these! These fit my wide feet perfectly and they look cool too. I’m a larger mammal, with larger x-wide feet, and although I enjoy being a larger mammal it’s been a curse trying to find real man shoes that fit me. Hello Columbia! You’ll never get rid of me now, customer #1 for life! Thank you!!!

My son's second pair
My 19 year old asked for a second pair of these. He is in college and walks lots in the rain to and from classes on a huge campus. He says they keep his feet dry all day and he even likes the way they feel enough that they have become his go to shoes over his Nike and others. His first pair were gray and his second tan. The gray shoes are over a year old and are still holding up! We will be buying a third , maybe forth pair soon!
BTW, its hard to find good shoes that fit him well when he wears a size 15.

Had/Have this great boot.
Coming home, I'd leave the boots on my doorstep, to keep the Winter gunk outside. Someone stole them. I liked them so much; I ordered another pair. Don't worry tho, I've not left them outside since. They are very comfortable to wear and would suggest getting these boots.

Everything you need, nothing you don’t.
These are not designer, top quality, stylish shoes. These are a good, lightweight, waterproof, comfortable and rugged hiking boot. The leather is soft, pliable and strong. The cuff is sufficiently padded, as is the ankle. Traction on hard, concrete surfaces, as well as sand, mud, grass and dirt is superb. Slight traction loss on wet surfaces. These appear to have a waterproof liner, mixed with waterproof treated leather, as such do not expect rain boot or wading boot level waterproofness.

 It's a great hiker
As I read in other reviews, and since I also own another pair of Merrill hiking boots I ordered a half size larger than I wear in other hikers. They fit like a dream. I hike a great deal and own or have owned many brands of hiking shoes and boots. Merrills are right up there with the most comfortable and durable. I've only hiked with them for about 18 days now but all of it was off blacktop or sidewalks, in the grass, woods, mud and rocky terrain. They are waterproof as advertised, relatively lightweight, and hug the heel as they should. I did replace the insole as I have on all my hiking shoes and boots. I'd buy them again

Hiking shoes as comfortable as slippers
For the past ten years I've been doing a five or six mile hike once a week, sometimes over rough terrain. So far I had been hiking in sneakers because any hiking boots or shoes that I had tried were too heavy or just not comfortable. I had heard of the Merrill brand and that they were of good quality but expensive, so when I saw this pair on Amazon at a reasonable price I decided to give them a try. Going on past experience I was prepared to be disappointed. What a surprise! I put them on and they immediately felt comfortable. I started walking around the house and remained satisfied. The next morning I put them on again and I am completely happy with them. In fact I, this is one of the few products about which I'm willing to say that if someone tried to take them away from me I would fight them. I might even wear them to bed tonight.

My fourth pair and when these wear out I'll probably order another.
This is my fourth pair of Merrell Moab 2 waterproof hiking shoes. These shoes are super comfortable, true to size, and waterproof for a very long time. I can wear them with socks of different thicknesses and adjust the fit as needed by tying tighter or looser. I wear them everywhere - daily 1.5 mile dog walks, riding my ebike, and to work at my office job. I've tried other low hikers from Oboz and Keens and find that they are no where near as comfortable as these Merrells.

Great shoe, great price
This is my second pair of these. The last ones weren't waterproof. These fit great and are comfortable. At this price I had to grab them. I actually got them for a few dollars less. Normally $120 I paid $68. I believe the reason for the deep discount is that the Moab 3 has come out. It doesn't look that different. These are a great buy.

 Long time fan
I've been wearing Moabs every day for at least 10 years. They consistently fit right out of the box, and last a good long time. I've eventually worn the soles down flat in the heel, usually after more than 2 years. The cushioning does start to give out after 18-24 months of daily wear.

Very comfortable shoes
I love hiking but I have always worn running shoes. I've tended to stay away from expensive shoes costing hundreds of dollars and instead buy a set of running shoes for my every day needs and then hiking shoes when I got hiking. That's not often in Florida as the only mountains around are the dump sites. I bought these hiking shoes for everyday and so far, they're comfortable. They are not as comfortable as running shoes. the padding underneath is a bit firmer than running shoes but that's too be expected. I typically run up and down stairs and so I'll be a bit more cautious with these. I'm really happy with the purchase. I paid more for these than any shoe I have ever bought but the last pair of $75 running shoes I bought lasted only one season. I will bet these shoes out last those shoes which showed extensive tread wear. Now I have a pair of shoes I can go hiking in Colorado as well as wear for every day.

Merrell Men's Moab 2 Waterproof Hiking Shoe
Shoe fits great. Wonderful foot support inside and tough, strong outer sole keeps my diabetic feet protected and comfy. These hiking shoes are what i have been looking for. Great price and great fit. I had and old pair that have lasted 3 years and still going strong. I would highly recommend these shoes.

 Comfy And Warm
This shoe surprised me, in a good way. 5 stars due to the price point. This boot is super warm, wore them in sub zero temps in Minnesota this winter and stayed warm and dry. Trudging around in the snow and even slipping into a puddle of ice water I had no issues, that being said these are water resistant not proof. Also they are a mid height boot so don’t expect to use them in deep snow.

The only negative I really have is that the traction is not the best on ice. I’ve got YakTrax and used those when I was hiking in slick areas and they worked great w/ those.

First use was great
I bought these to use with my snow shoes. I did spray them with camp dry waterproofing before I tried them out. We have not had enough snow for the snow shoes but I did take a mile plus walk at my property in 4 inches of snow. These were very comfortable and my feet stayed warm and dry. No issues with rubbing or poking in the boot. The sole provides great traction even in the very icy woods. I double knotted the laces as they looked like they may not hold as well. Hopefully we will get some snow and I can see how they hold up in the snow shoes.

Hey they're cheap but they ain't half bad
Look for what youre paying these bad boys stay dry, they don't absolutely murder your feet for walking more than a couple steps and my feet felt so warm they were bordering hot out there in the snow. the lining of the interior is cheap but definitely soft and cozy. I will say if your'e stepping on a straight flat of ice there is little traction but I suppose that's true for even nice boots unless they had metal studs. In partial ice and heavy snow they had a firm grip that I felt confident to step with. Def would buy again.

Perfect
I am a Garbage man. These are the first waterproof shoes I have ever had that actually work. They are also insulated to keep feet warm. Not sure if I would ware them in summer. But for the cold and wet seasons absolutely perfect. I will probably buy a couple more pairs just to have in case they stop making them. O and the price is a very good value.

 Pleasantly surprising for the price
I bought these for a winter trip to colorado, and since i dont live in heavy winter conditions i wanted something less expensive! Did not have big expectations, but these shoes worked like a charm. Waterproof, good insulation and good fit!

Downside: black ice may be a problem with the grip in certain places.have included picture of the bottom which should explain the grip issue on hard ice!

Quite Good & Light Weight
I was in the snow country recently, and I was very pleased with these boots. They were light weight on the foot, and functioned with no problems with cold temperature, snow, and mid day slush. Don't be put off by the low price. Definitely, my go to shoe, when not actually in the snow on the mountain.

Never had anything better for snow!!
Those shoes are seriously the real deal for snow! I never had anything better for snow. They’re warm, thermal, waterproof. Even if snow goes inside, it acts like an icebox and keeps it in one piece so it doesn’t melt on your socks! Those shoes are the best find i got on amazon!
Though, they don’t look good, they do the job!

 Works with Orthtics
My handicapped son is very hard on shoes. We often buy Ariats endurance boots for the longevity. These Nortiv have a great sole that really holds up to abuse. The sole has good longevity. They usually last a year for us. The boot has a nice, normal width so that my son's full orthotics fit well in them.

Great Quality
Product came exact size ordered. No surprises is always a plus. Quality looks and feels great. Walked 9mi day one in mid 30's weather. Feet stayed warm and comfortable with no downside. Will further review after a few hundred miles few weeks from now.

Provides great grip on the trails and support for your ankles
Hiked Angel's landing in Zion with these shoes. They provided great comfort and grip on the most difficult part of the terrain. They held well when the track was slippery and provided support to my ankles at various twists and turns.

Good initial impressions, time will tell
To be clear, since there are multiple styles of boots in this listing and no obvious names or model numbers, I have the brown ones with yellowish detail stitching by the laces. These are my second pair of Nortiv 8 boots. The first pair had to be returned because the fit was so small and weird - normal length but very tight over the top of the foot.

Well Worth It!
I saw the reviews and took a chance on these for our trip to Scandinavia - Iceland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark. We hiked volcanic beaches, waterfalls, and rode horses in the cold and rain and these boots held up marvelously. My feet stayed warm and dry. We walked/hiked 6 to 10 miles per day both inside and outside the cities. These boots remained comfortable throughout the journey. The memory foam is excellent. Plus - they look good! Highly recommended! Spend more on the name brands only if you insist on impressing everybody else with your labels. Buy them - You will not be disappointed.

Really Comfy
First time with this brand so I was nervous making the purchase. However, even with a significant bunyon on my right foot, these boots are light and comfy for miles on end. I'm very pleased I made a leap of faith on these because they are an absolute blessing to wear. I have no qualms recommending them to anyone.

Light weight 4 light stress use type of boot. Update included.
I like the color scheme of the Brown along with the comfortable style of the boot as designed. They fit as expected and are very light weight - NOT lead anchors if you know what I mean... Sizing is accurate as there I no need to order larger IMHO. These are NOT hundreds of dollars in cost and so they don't compare to high end hiking boots. As a surprise they included an extra set of laces. Very Nice for the price.
Update Oct 2022: I liked the Brown boot so much, I ordered Black too to my footwear ensemble. Now, about the update...I had an issue with the rubber sole becoming detached at the toe area and reached out through the message function here at Amazon. Within a few days with photos sent to verify the issue it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. BTW, the boot with the issue was technically out of the "return" window and yet the Customer Service of "topshoesUS" (the seller) stood up for their product to make it right!!! Thank You Customer Service Team.

 Excellent Boot
These are fantastic. Lightweight. Stylish. Warm. Waterproof. Ready to go without breaking in. At this price point I'd put them up against any of the expensive boots. I'll be using these for hiking, snowshoe and all other Winter activities including bike riding. I bought the ones that are not fur lined and as mentioned plenty warm. I live in Wisconsin so I know snow and cold lol. I am extremely happy with these boots and highly recommend.

Warm and comfortable
I have difficulty finding footwear that fits and is comfortable for all day use. Over the years gout has left my feet hard to comfortably cover for all day use. I needed a light and low boot for winter driving and lightweight use. I was surprised to find these boots (after a few days break in) are doing great. One was a little snug and was concerned but after a couple of days all is well. I drive school bus and these have been a very comfortable addition to my footwear. In the snow they work very good for water resistance. Being low I new I would have to be careful and as expected they work just fine with that in mind. Water resistant is also good with exception that the tongue is similar to an ordinary shoe or sneaker so don’t slip in a puddle deeper then the tongue or water will enter. 😳 I did😬 and the good part of doing that I found with exception of tongue they hold back the water. Also interesting to note after wearing all day my feet don’t not seem to sweat in them All in all for the price they are pretty darn good for what my needs are.

***Updated review*** Surprisingly great boots for the price.
It's been a few months since my first review and I have noticed a glaring issue...as you can see from the pictures it seems the only thing between your foot in the foot carriage and the sole of the shoe is the fur lining...still comfortable boots but you'd most likely have to go prison style and cut out some cardboard to put under your insoles...aside from that issue though these boots are still great...everything else is holding up really well...so if the manufacturers are reading this...PLEASE reinforce this issue and you have a repeat customer.

These boots for being under 50 dollars is probably one of the best purchases yet. I actually turned these boots into work boots and the only thing you'll have to do is put a pair of gel insoles in them and they are PERFECT. I work in a food manufacturing factory so I'm on my feet walking around d ALL DAY...dealing with 375 degree oil and water. The first day you might not have any grip if you work in an industry like mine...but once you break through the slick coating on the treads of the boots they're great. Comfortable with the insoles. And they look nice. And as long as you don't spray water in the tongue area your feet stay dry as well. Definitely buy these boots if they pique your interest.

High quality product.
I was not expecting these boots to last soo long with the way I use them. I'm really surprised of the high quality and comfort. I purchased these in the winter to keep my feet warm and dry.
I'm actually still using them in these hot days. Ease to clean. I really love my boots. I forgot to mention that I'm a truck driver so these boots are really been put to the test. These are the only boots I use since I purchased them.

Great pair of boots for the price
I had them for over a year they were great in every aspect I just bought the last pair getting them this week! The pair I’ve had for over a year are still good still keep going if need be! I just figured it was time to freshen up and get a new pair!

Great boots
These boots look and feel great yes I added an insole for more cushion but do that with most boots anyway. I an on my feet alot and 50/50% with being inside or outside and these boots keep my feet warm and cozy. Already had multiple compliments on the first day wearing these and amazing people to deal with if you have any issues. I just wore these for a week straight a very busy and cold week at that and these boots don't disappoint very happy with them.

Comfortable boots
So mine arrived as seen in the pictures, wrapped in plastic only, no box. So I was immediately skeptical. Opened up the plastic and inspected the boots. They were in new condition. The rubber on the bottom is soft and grippy. The rest of the boot is soft too. I was impressed with how comfortable the boots were from the moment I put them on. I just wanted a pair of boots to wear to the dog park when the grass is wet and then wear during the winter months when I am not wearing my actual snow boots. These are perfect.

Columbia Men's Bugaboot III Snow Boot

 Good boots, but one problem
I have used Columbia outerware, boots, and shoes for many years. My 10 year old Bugaboots finally cracked so they aren't as good in wet conditions. My new Bugaboots fit well, are comfortable, are warm enough for most conditions, and are very water resistant. However, they have one problem. Instead of hooks in the top 2 positions, there are eyelets. I have high arches and must spread the top wide open in order to get the boots on. It takes twice as long to put the boots on as I usually have to unlace the cord from the upper eyelets. I am going to take the boots to a shoe repair shop and have hooks installed in the upper 2 positions. I still give the Bugaboots a 5 rating as they really are good boots.

Super comfortable and warm
I put 50 miles in a week under the soles on extremely hard terrain. My feet were extremely happy and comfortable (in the boots not with me)…until it went about over 55 degrees then happy but also feeling like they were sitting in a hot tub. But at 20 degrees I could feel my toes and the boots plowed through rocky and bushy terrain but still felt like they were driving in a Lincoln Town Car. Great boots, great price.

I unboxed them, walked around and turned a water hose on them for testing. Love them!
First off, they are a great looking boot and the treads look great for traction. Very comfortable and warm. I put them on and then turned my water hose on them and there was zero water intrusion. I was surprised how comfortable they were right out of the box. I actually took some reviewers advice about sizing. Someone said that if you wear one pair of heavy socks, order your normal size boot. So I did. Size 10. If you like to wear 2 pairs of heavy socks, go up 1/2 size. My size 10's with one pair of heavy socks fit me perfect. I'm very happy with these boots.

Warm, sturdy, comfy
Really like these boots. But I recommend trying on several sizes and colors. I found the fit to be inconsistent, even in the same size, just different color (specifically, the toes were really tight in one pair). Consistently, I found these to run small. I typically wear an 8.5 or 9 in boots, but have these in a 10.

Great Boot! Unfortunately to Small.
Good style and would have been a great to wear this winter had it not been for the top of my foot. I wear a size 14 wide which is what I ordered, but had not account for my large (16) instep. I had to return them which Amazon made easy. Even though this was a problem for me I do recommend the product.

Good boots
Got these for an all around winter/snow boot, when they came in they fit perfect and felt very comfortable. Then the snow came, I spent 2 days running a skid loader pushing snow and my feet never got cold, sure they weren't warm but then I was sitting on my butt for hours when the temps were in the 20s and the wind was blowing and I didn't have to stop and warm them up to keep from freezing. The only very minor down side of these boots is the laces are just a tad short so that when you take them off they want to come un-laced but they still earn a 5 star rating from me!

Exact fit
The fit was dead on with no room to spare so keep that in mind if you like a roomy boot. Rugged and performed as described for warmth. Perfect for winter sports. Aggressive tread. Easy to slip on and off with the laces loosely tied for casual wear yet very secure when laced up tight! A bit big for my snowshoe bindings so some major strap adjustment was needed. Uncertain about the water resistance as it is all snow and no slop here. No insert to remove for drying. As a side note, they were going to arrive ridiculously late so I sent a cancellation notice and suddenly it was at my door in record time! Not sure what that was about. I would recommend these boots.

 Best Boots Ever
If they’re on sale, don’t think twice, just get them. They’re still worth it for the regular price, but on sale they’re a steal. Probably the most comfortable boots right out of the box that I’ve tried. Very good quality materials and overall feel like a premium hiking boot. I’m sold on Merrill, will never buy another boot brand again.

SO COMFORTABLE!
My husband, whoever rarely ever comments regarding shoes or clothes, says these are so comfortable that they feel like slippers.
They do run small tho, but I had read the reviews and ordered half size up. It appears that's the way to go on this particular style.

Best hiking boots I ever owned
Fit great, very comfortable and even after 2 days and almost 18 miles, no sore spots or other issues.
Size is true. I chose the same size as my steel toed work shoes.
They have good grip on rocks, fallen trees and all kind of terrain.
Very happy with my purchase.

Great boot for lawn mowing
Waterproof, comfortable, durable, I mow lawns averaging per my Fitbit, 7 million steps per year. Typically wearing out the bottom in one year. Then I buying another. I have owned the Moab, Moab 2, and this year the Moab 3. I always buy the newest version.

 I'm never dissatisfied with Merrell
These boots fit comfortably right out of the box. True to size. I started buying Merrells several years ago, and I won't buy anything else now. They are sturdy and solid, without weighing a ton. I expect these to last a long time. My Moab Ventilator hiking shoes are 7-8 years old and show minimal wear.

Best shoes ever
These are waterproof with arch support, these are my husband's but I have them too. You get them put them right on and comfort take a hike go to work whatever no pain no braking them in.
Just get shoes, they are not overly expensive for what you get.

Comfortable good priced boots
They squeaked two hikes in a row, finally reading reviews on other boots, this is a very common complaint among hikers. I followed others advice and added some foot powders to the insides and that virtually eliminated the pesky squeaking. These were worn on rocky uneven terrain as well as a flat wide sandy trail twice totaling 14 miles with no issues whatsoever. These are keepers.

 Very sturdy hiking boot.
Have used Merrill for years during my archery hunting seasons. They have held up great so I purchased this pair. This hear when the temp dropped down in the mornings, I noticed these boots to have way to much air flow and my feet got cold. My older Merrill boots were all leather so that was the difference.
If these are worn for hiking in warm weather, they would be great since they breath so well. They are also very light weight which I like when wearing them on walks or around outside the house. Just not made for the cooler days.
Highly recommend them and they fit great. Put them on and away you go without breaking them in.

The Perfect Boot
I had tried the low top version of this boot a year prior and wanted to give these a go. They are just as comfortable as the low tops but obviously have a bit of ankle support.

I use these boots both for hiking and for work and they do both very well as they are very comfortable and as an added bonus provide an additional inch of height making me 6’4.” The fit is just right and there isn’t really anything wrong with these boots.

Good enough for My. Ararat
These boots were comfortable and durable enough to get me to the snowy peak of Mt. Ararat at over 5000m. I had no trouble attaching crampons to them in the snow and doubling up my socks underneath.

There was no need to break them in either. Many of my fellow hikers had much fancier, more expensive mountaineering boots so I was worried that they wouldn't be good enough, but they were. Meanwhile, those with the fancy boots complained about their sore feet.

 Great boot, Great price
Exceptional boot. Hiked 400 miles on the Appalachian Trail and was completely satisfied with the durability and fit. I was looking for a boot that had ventilation and would dry quickly since I was hiking in all weather conditions. I also needed a boot that could handle ankle protection and support as well as a durable outsole with exceptional grip. The Merrell boot with Vibram outsole was the answer and gave me everything I was looking for. I've owned other boots, Vasque, North Face and Keen which were just okay but the Merrell's were the best for me in fit and durability. And at this price point makes it a deal.

Different from old MOABs
My last pair were the low tops bought from Amazon in 2016 and fit great. So I ordered the same size in high tops. They are slightly bigger than my old low tops. Maybe 3/8 inch all around. But I am keeping them as I wear socks of different thicknesses and it's not enough to go down a size.

Nice mid weight hiking boot
Merills always fit me like a glove right out of the box. They are the only boot that does.
I live on Hawaii Island on a lava flow. Just walking in the yard requires foot protection and ankle support. The Moab are a good combination of protection, light weight, and ventilation. I'm buying a 2nd pair for hiking, as these became my preferred yard work boots on day one.

MOABs for a reason
I've worn enough boots in my lifetime to know a gem when I see one. Out of the box, first day wearing them and I was blown away by how comfortable and breathable they are. My job requires me to be moving around, often outdoors, and it was straight comfort the entire day. Bought a second pair since this style's being discontinued. Ridiculous comfort, I'd keep these on market forever if it was up to me

 Great Price! Nice Boot
Husband has worn Danner boots since 1994! Price had gotten way too high and the last pair didn't wear well. They had always fit him excellent but the glue job for the soles was terrible and the stitching, even worse! We don't know how these Timberland boots will hold up since he won't wear them until next Spring but they fit well and the price was great. We'll see how they wear then. They are nice looking.

WAs really scared
I have a hard time buying shoes and boots. Always trying on multiple pairs and finding manufacturing flaws, lumps, uneven, off colors or something till I get the right pair, Needless to say I was scared to mail order a boot. GLAD I DID! Maybe I got lucky, but they fit right out of the box, even color on both, no deformities. Have been wearing a week, on my feet all day and they still feel great. What more could I ask for?

Timberland Boots
I haven't put these boots thru a real test yet - like soaked in water, 20 degree weather, driving rain or 95 degree heat. But they're comfortable, waterproof (so far), and they're sturdy. The price was unbeatable in Amazon Warehouse.

Just the right pair of hiking shoes!
This is actually the first time ever purchasing hiking shoes. We just came back from Sequoia National Park (05/09/2022) and these shoes definitely served their purpose. The fit was just right. Since I do wear orthotics, the insole is easily removable and I was able to place my own orthotics along with my own insoles. If you do the same, you might want to get a half size larger, which I did. Otherwise, these shoes were perfect in the rain (definitely rain proof), snow (also snow proof), and kept my feet warm along the trails we did.

Best boot I've had so far...
Landscaper here. I'm surprised to see all the bad reviews. This pair of boots is easily the best I've ever owned and has outlasted all my other pairs. Idk if the product has changed since then or not. I'm about to buy a second pair. The sole has just now worn through to where parts are pulling off after a year and a half of heavy daily use. I average about 10 miles a day of walking at work. They've just now begun to leak water through as well, prob because the sole is starting to pull apart. Very comfortable and great fit. Highly recommended from me.

High Quality, durable and comfortable
I purchased the Timberland Flume about 8 years ago. I wear them every year in the rainy season for hiking and yard work. I found these boots to be very high quality, always comfortable, always waterproof and breathable meaning my feet were always dry for the entire 8 years. About 5 years ago, I accidentally cut the toe leather working with a razor knife. It only went about half way through. To this day, that is the only leather damage on the boots, and it never wore through and the cut still looks basically the same as the day I did it, even after five more years of seasonal wear. This tells me the leather is very high quality. I polished the boots and used mink oil to keep the leather soft and maintained every year. I am buying a new pair of boots now because the cloth padding in the heel has worn out over time. These boots are very padded in the ankle area and sometimes I felt like it made my pants too buldgy in the bottom.

Pleased With Purchase
I like that it's made of leather. I'm a little concerned about how the leather will hold up outside in the elements - weeds, trees, rocks, etc . But I like that it is waterproof. The brand speaks for itself. That's another reason why I bought it. I'm always a little skeptical of buying shoes on line, because you never know how they will fit. This boot fits very well - true to size. It's comfortable too.

 Does the job
Having recently moved to the East Coast I was looking for a quick solution to winter. I saw these boots had good reviews and ordered them - arrived quick. I have used them for a month now and I can say that they get the job done! They are waterproof and have kept my feet dry both in snow and in rain/sleet. They also offer a decent grip. Fit wise, they are a bit too snug initially, but they break in after a couple of days. Not the most comfortable to walk in but for the price of these boots, surely a bang for the buck.

EYUSHIJIA Men's Waterproof Snow Boots - Great Purchase
The EYUSHIJIA Men's Waterproof Snow Boots are a great purchase. I like the style, durability, esthetics, and weight of the boots. Generally speaking, snow boots or hiking boots are heavy and even clunky; however, these boots exceed the expectations without the high costs. In my area, we have experienced snow and rain. At this point, the boots have paid for themselves. The boots fit a size smaller, so I purchased a half-size larger. If you wear a size 10, a 10.5 might be a better fit for men. For those individuals who prefer a bit more room in the toe area, 11.0 will be the best fit.

 nice looking and comfy boots
I've been buying boots for years even though I live in Tampa Fl and really have no need for snow boots. however, these boots are very nice looking on me and they don't make my feet sweat in the FLA sun. Overall, they are nice looking, affordable and the size chart is very accurate...I wear an 8.5 so I got a 9 and they are perfect on my feet. I recommend these boots for sure.

It's comfy and recived a lot of compliments
I'm very happy with the purchase, I even got another one in different colors. It's comfortable and looks great. I love the inside the felt, fur. I always get compliments on these boots. I'm a boot collector and I'm happy with my purchase.

Boots are incredible! In love!
I didn’t like nor dislike them because I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THEM! The boots are super comfortable with the fur making your feet feel very cozy and warm. Great condition! Boots look super cool with a western vibe. Used them for hiking or simply whenever I want to wear them. Fantastic hiking boots that’s even excellent in bad weather conditions! Highly recommend these especially given the price, it’s a huge steal!

 Incredible Quality for the Price
I buy a lot of boots. I live in PNW where this still of boots are a as much of a fashion statement as they are a necessity. I've only worn these boots one day and as an avid boot wearer, I can already tell these are a hit. I tried to take some close ups to display the quality of stitch, seam and material - for the price I was initially hesitant but this is hard to beat and I see why they populate as a top-rated boot. The boot itself is really comfortable with the warm lining and sole itself has plenty of give. The color has a nice rich look and feel that isn't interrupted with needless seams. The laces are really durable too - I don't foresee any fraying and the best part - no chafing on the back of the ankle thanks for the fur-like lining and the give of the material. No problem keeping water out so your feet stay nice and dry all day. I just recommend a good moisture wicking sock since the shoes do well as promised keeping the feet nice and dry. Great boots!

Thoroughly impressed!
I'd been shopping around for a decent boot for several weeks. I was looking for the right combination of style, quality, functionality, and of course, price. When I came across these boots, I really liked the look of them. At $39.99 the price was right, so I thought I'd take a chance and order a pair. When they arrived I was relieved to see that the look and color was exactly like the pictures. Surprisingly, the quality of the materials and construction also looked to be very good. The size I ordered fit me perfectly. The boots have proven to be very comfortable, even after extended periods of standing and walking around in them. I have no idea how long they'll hold up, but that's the case with anything you buy. I'm confident that they'll last for quite a while under normal use. In the short time I've had them I've already received several compliments on them. What else can I say, other than I'm very happy with this purchase. Great deal!

 comfort Great
These were a gift for my husband and he loved how light they were. He usually wears stiffer work boots but these were the most incredibly light weight but functional boot.
These do not have a safety toe but he is able to work without that. The only problem is the wide is just not wide enough. My husband has worked in construction for years and has the feet to prove it. Unfortunately, he has broken his big toe several times and requires an extra extra wide. If these came in a 3E he says they would be best shoes ever.
As they are they still deserve a 5 star for comfort.

Comfortable for the husband’s feet
We are now buying a 2nd pair of these boots because my husband finds them very comfortable. He is on his feet all day everyday and his feet are nearly always sore, but these boots…they were comfy from day one until they started falling apart from being worn so hard. Skechers are nearly always very comfortable and these boots were no exception. They fit as expected and do not crowd your toes, even while wearing thick work socks.

comfortable hiking boots. Not for extreme hiking
On the first day after the purchase, I walked about 12 miles in them. There were a few small calluses. However, the legs did not hurt and the foot was fixed well. Therefore, I can recommend them for day trips. For serious hikes, it seems to me that my feet will be erased into ashes

Nice boots!
I was worried about sizing, but got it right on the first try. I just ordered my usual size. These boots seem durable and are very comfortable. I thought they might need some break in time, but not really. Wearing them everyday without problem.

Light and comfortable
Extremely comfortable even when standing or working on hard surfaces all day. The added bonus is they are waterproof. I volunteer for a local municipal park 2 - 3 days week. Requires lots of walking on paved paths and early morning wet grass. I must say without these shoes I couldn't be doing it.

 Brillant customer service
These boots are excellent, quality is perfect, But the most amazing thing was the speedy delivery. Orderes these on a Thursday and recieved the next Wednesday, all the way from Texas to New Zealand, in less than a week. Extremely happy hubby. Thank you

 they lasted two years
I bought these two years ago. I walked in knee deep snow, on ice, in ankle deep water, and my feet never got wet and were always warm. they lasted a lot longer than I thought they would. I'm debating if I want to get another pair, but I just don't know if I even need another pair yet. I personally don't like the laces and I would recommend getting some replacement insoles for extended walking. other than that, they are a great pair of boots, and I just might get some more and save them until my old ones wear out.

 Excellent winter boots
Note that these are not snow boots but winter boots, so not sure how they'll do as a snow booth which are made from diff materials, but as winter boots, I like them. I have a real leather winter boots but I wanted an additional pair that I can use w/o being concerned about getting ruined, etc. I was not sure how this pair - non-leather - will hold up during our winter vacation trip to Lake Placid, NY; I just got back and I'm very happy to say that with heavy socks, this pair kept my feet warm in the snow and ice in Lake Placid area and its cold temp which was in the teens during my stay there. They fit well and very comfortable. I did put an extra insole for additional support and that helped. I also sprayed waterproofing silicone spray few days before using them and that may have helped them keep dry. Last but not the least, I didn't use this pair in snow shoeing (used my snow boots instead) but probably they'd have been ok. Hope they last for a while!

 Very warm
There are good reviews and bad reviews. Pay attention to the type of shoe they're talking about. This pink boot has the tread like a hiking boot. These boots are made with a higher quality. Wore them in the snow and the rain and my feet stayed warm and dry. I wear 8.5 and ordered an 8.5. They are a little roomy but they have the fluff inside so you need a little extra room. I work in an office that is very cold with these my feet stay warm! However, they do not have a good arch support so if you have to walk a lot or stand a lot you will definitely need to add an arch support. Sitting at a desk I'm good.

Fits little large
I bought this on sale for less than $36. For the price point and the warmth it gives in cold weather conditions is really good. I am little bit disappointed about how large this runs. I normally wear a 9.5 so I ordered a pair of 9.5. The size is actually a little bit larger than 10. And I thought about returning and ordering a size 9 but only sizes available is 8.5. My buddy who owns a pair told me about the shoe and he also mentioned a test runs in a little larger. So I would recommend you going a half a size smaller than your normal shoe size. Other than that this is a really comfortable shoe.

Great Value and Comfortable
I had seen one of those promotional write ups about these boots in my news feed and figured, for the price, how bad could they be? I don’t mind telling you that my expectations were set way too low because these boots are worth every penny and then some. I’ve been wearing Pivettas and Asolos for years, but as I’ve aged they have become just too heavy for my feet, even their light hikers. These boots, on the other hand, are really featherweight! The toebox is large and so I’ve had no foot cramping. The ankle support is good too. But what really surprised me was they are sturdiness. I’ve been hiking on a lot of rough granite, and in the rain, recently, and these boots are holding up like troopers. I’ve only had them since April, and didn’t really start wearing them a lot until September, but I’ve got to say they are holding up well. I don’t usually write reviews but these are worth it, they are definitely my favorite boots.

Great looking practical boots.
I love the look of these boots, first and foremost. I bought these for my boyfriend for a trip to Colorado and they looked great on him. Even while walking in knee deep snow, his feet stayed warm. He was able to climb rocky areas and avoid slipping on ice in, as well.

My bf loved these
I got these for my bf for Christmas because he was wearing converse in the snow. He absolutely loves them and he wears them every day. He's a lawyer and these are nice looking enough that he can wear them with his suits to court. But they're also casual enough to wear with jeans. He loves the fur on the inside too. He usually wears 13 wide, and I got him a 13 and he says they fit him well. I got grey, I'll probably get him a pair in another color as well since he likes them so much!

Perfect!
I loved these boots right from the start, and they haven’t disappointed me yet!
They’re warm waterproof and have nice traction. They’re just what I needed to keep my feet dry, to take the dogs out, on my way to work, take a walk, they’re a great comfortable boot! I also had a mishap where water had been dripping into one of my boots all day at work, and the water stayed inside the boot, it took between 24/48 hours to dry in front of the heat vent, but it didn’t damage the boot at all. Definitely would buy another pair in the future.

 Fits Perfect!
I have a wider foot, and these fit perfectly. I'm typically a wide width and they didn't have that when I ordered these, so I just ordered half size bigger than I usually would. They fit like a glove and are super soft on the inside! I feel like they're going to be great for hiking/winter weather when it gets here.

 Love them
I didn't think I was going to like them, but I truly do. I like the way they look and the way they fit. I got them as a winter boot but have been using them to take the dog on hikes. They're great. I can trip on air but they provide me with good footing through mud and the smaller creeks (they are ankle high hence the smaller ones). I use orthotics and they fit in them with no problem. I recommend them.

Cutest boots!
These boots fit awesome! I wear a size 7 1/2 to an 8 in women depending on shoe. I got a 7 in these as they are unisex so that's a 6 in men. They fit perfectly and look so cute. The inside is warm and super soft! Great pair of boots...highly recomend. The picture is just me trying them on to show how they fit.

Really nice
Very comfortable, fits well. Not sure about water resistance, hadn't checked. Previous boots were nice, but lasted a few months on account of them not being hiking boots, also being to small. These will hopefully last considerably longer than others (hoping at least a year minimum and since I put my footwear through its paces, would be quite good to last a year)

These are great boots
These boots are cute and fit great. There is room for toe warmers if you plan to be our in the real cold. I wore these to an outdoor event in MN where it got down to ten below for several hours and I had happy feet. They were much more stable on the ice than anything else I own as well. Everyone was slipping and sliding, since it had rained then froze a couple days earlier.

 VERY comfortable
Very comfy, kept my feet warm and dry. I will say it was a bit large for me - I bought size 8.5 and I'm generally a 9-10 in women's. That wasn't a big deal though because they still fit snugly and my socks were thick so the shoe didn't move around. Also super cute sasquach on the tongue!

Good boots
This pair of boots looks really nice and fits perfectly. I ordered my normal size 8 (and I have wide feet) and plan to use thin socks with it. Visually the quality is very good too considering the price. Now, I have not really worn it outside as I bought this to walk my dog in the snow and ice, so I hope it is as advertised (for water resistance and traction) when the bad weather finally comes. Also, as mentioned in another review, this does not come in a box, but it arrived fine. It also shipped quickly. I'm looking forward to wearing it because it's really cute!

 Comfortable & waterproof
I wear this style of Keen and have for years. Sometimes I go with the low tops and sometimes these mid heights. I’ve never had any issues with their abilities to keep my feet completely dry and comfortable. The break in period is very minimal and usually last me about 1year through daily beatings. I have a low cut pair I use for work and a mid top pair that usually last me 1-2 years depending on how much wooded trails and forest paths they see. Great shoes.

Totally sold on Keen
I am a huge fan of Keen. I have a pair of Keen work boots that have lasted me for at least 4 years. They are the best fitting work boot I've ever owned. These hiking boots are just as great. Fit was perfect (based on the suggestion to go a size up) and materials are top quality. Buy Keen!

Very comfortable
Bought these for my husband and they are just what he wanted. The fit was great for him and time will tell if they are really waterproof whenever it rains here in the northwest again. It is the middle of October in the 80's and no rain in the forecast in sight.

Solid Boots
These are my fifth pair of Keen hiking boots, and my favorite pair since the first pair I bought multiple years ago. The fit is good, and they are holding up well to my rough use. I like that there is only one speed lace eyelet. Break-in time wasn't long. Traction is good. Ankle support is good. While the insole is better than most, these boots "ride" better swapping it out for a higher quality one.

They feel great
I just got them and fit my feet well. I did replace the insole for one that give a little more arch support for my feet.
They are suppressing light for a hiking boot that is ruggedly built.
I’ve owned another pair of Keen boots for years that have served me great. My feet have flattened out so I required a larger boot hence the reason for this purchase. I an heading to Alaska and will be hiking a lot. Will update after the trip.

Durability issue
Bought these on August 19,2022. They have cracked and torn already after one month! Granted they have been under pretty rugged landscaping use. I didn’t expect these to breakdown that fast. My last pair of the same pair lasted a couple years at least and were pretty routinely beat up.(I’m hard on my gear) they are comfortable but this new pair is already ruined after one month. That’s just not acceptable.

Very Comfortable Hiking Boot
I spend a lot of time working outdoors. I buy a new pair of hiking boots pretty much every year - usually Timberland brand boot, which are good boots. This year I wanted to see what else was available on the market in the same price point (less than $200). I found these Keen boots, which I’d never heard of, and gave them a try. These are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned. I can’t assess durability yet since I’ve only been wearing them a short while, but so far they are fantastic.
